Ailments

Dynamic Tuberculosis
Physical or Mental Disorders

With respect to physical or mental disorders, answer "Yes" to this inquiry if:

You have a physical or mental issue and a background marked by behaviour connected with the confusion that might pose or has represented a danger to your property, security or welfare or that of others; or

You have a physical or mental issue, and a past filled with conduct connected with the turmoil that has represented a danger to your property, wellbeing or welfare or that of others and the conduct is liable to repeat or prompt other destructive behaviour. Answer "No" if:

You presently have no physical or mental issue; or

You have or had a physical or mental issue without related conduct that might pose or has represented a danger to your property, security or the welfare of others; or

You as of now have a physical or mental issue with related behaviour, however that behaviour has not postured, does not as of now stand nor does it represent a danger to your property, wellbeing or welfare or that of others; or

You had a physical or mental issue with related behaviour that represented a risk to your property, wellbeing or the welfare of others, yet that behaviour is unlikely to be repeated.
